The creators of Electric Forest, Madison House Presents, just received the permits they need to throw their own camping festival in Colorado – more specifically, Chafee County, where the San Isabel National Forest is located. The festival will be called Vertex.

The president of Madison House Presents, Jeremy Stein, confirmed that this new festival will be “the inauguration of a magical summer celebration.” The details of the festival are limited, but Stein is adamant that the festival will be a “mighty source of Colorado pride.”

The camping festival will take place on August 5-7 on a 274-acre ranch in Buena Vista, CO. Stay tuned for more details.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 25, here.
