The annual EDMBiz conference will once again be held in Las Vegas for its fifth annual installation at Cesar’s Palace June 14-16. EDMBiz is held during the week leading up to Insomniac’s oldest and most prestigious festival, Electric Daisy Carnival.
The speakers at the conference seem to be getting more and more impressive. The keynote speakers announced Wednesday for this year include the globally renowned DJ and producer, Moby, as well as the CEO and founder of Insomniac, Pasquale Rotella. The list of performers that will be attending this year to talk continues to grow as well, huge names such as Marshmello, Laidback Luke, Jauz, Marcus Schulz, Junkie XL, Paul Oakenfold, and also a few top executives including Goldenvoice’s Raymond Leon Roker, BBC Radio’s Danny Howard, and Billboard’s John Amato.
The three topics that will be discussed this year are Aspiration, Experience, and Technology. These main themes will be addressed by the top names in the electronic music community across two main stages, over two days.
“As the dance music industry continues to evolve, its influence is felt across mainstream radio, the festival scene, and pop culture in general,” Insomniac Founder and CEO Pasquale Rotella commented. “This year’s conference will bring together top artists, executives, and experience-makers to share ideas and discuss innovative ways to continue the momentum and provide invaluable advice for newcomers on how to make their mark on the scene.”
