Moby has done something beautiful for those of us who have trouble sleeping well, or suffer from anxiety.

Moby, the American DJ and animal rights activist, is a well-known advocate of healthy living and exorcise. As an active yoga practitioner he took it upon himself to create some easy listening tracks to relax to. But then he took it a step further.

The DJ/Producer has released, completely free of charge, an 11-part series of ambient “really really really quiet music” for fans who have a hard time relaxing, or need some sound to be able to fall asleep. This collection runs about four hours long and was created purely for relaxation.
