Imagine Music Festival has a visual smorgasbord in store for attendees this year.

The 3-day camping EDM festival has just announced that this year’s celebrations will include a 3D water hologram production at the Main Stage, as well as new and exciting plans for “The Imaginarium” area, where live painting and art installations will be hosted.

The festival issued a beautiful statement on what to expect at Imagine: “Inspired by the lost city of Atlantis, Imagine invites guests to experience all the wonders of this technologically and spiritually advanced civilization, which was highlighted by mystics, scientists, artists, sages, healers, seekers and wisdom keepers with sacred and hidden knowledge of the universe.” It goes on, “Amongst the many wonders of The Imaginarium will be the Center of Consciousness, which focuses on sacred teachings such as Flow Arts, Yoga, Meditation, Qi Gong, and prophecies with wisdom keepers and mystics. The Center of Consciousness will function both as a site for learning and sacred ceremonies such as drum circles and central fires.” Sounds like the perfect place for a spiritual gathering amidst beautiful music.

Iris Presents founders Glenn and Madeleine Goodhand previously told Atlanta Business Chronicle the festival will continue to build on its aquatic theme. The couple stated: “Our aquatic experiences from misting domes, splash pool, fountains and more allow guests to become fully immersed in their environment while keeping cool”.
Imagine has paired up with AQUA LLC for this year’s epic main stage take over with AQUA’s 3D water hologram production. “Dancing water fountains and mesmerizing 3D images will float next to the headliners, as they play out their set,” the festival boasts. In addition Cirque USA will be providing cirque acts that include aerial artists, bungee performers, living statues and atmosphere. Imagine will also feature The Imagine Beach & Splash Pool, Ocean View VIP Deck and a Ferris wheel.

The festival will be held in Atlanta, Georgia at the Atlanta Motor Speedway Aug. 26 – 28.
