Rolling out via Australian dance label Vicious Recordings this week is “You Can Call Me Al,” a suitably fresh remake of the Paul Simon original. The artists behind the track are Murph & Petch – otherwise known separately as Andy Murphy and Jolyon Petch.

Their work on this tune is outstanding, and the result is a dreamy, gently swaying deep house sound, tinged with tropical, sun-soaked vibes. Vocals are provided by Livingstone, and they flow brilliantly alongside soft guitar tinkles and brass instrumentation. Alongside the original, you can also enjoy the pacy M1 edit.
