DANGER, hot off Madeon and Porter Robinson’s Shelter Live tour, has just announced his forthcoming studio album entitled ‘太鼓’ (meaning percussion in Japanese), and has released short mixtape of album highlights, available for listen below.

DANGER uses his anonymous personage and apt knowledge of computer graphics and gaming to add to the cinematic nature of his music. His mixtape acts as an introductory teaser to his imminent album, filled to the brim with the delicious dark sounds he is famous for. Coupled with the mixtape comes the album artwork, which has been designed entirely by DANGER himself. The imagery in the album art plays on DANGER’s draw to the eerie and unsettling.
