L.A. based music duo Slander (aka Derek Anderson and Scott land) are coming off an absolutely epic EDC Las Vegas 2017 performance, and have now released their newest single, “Superhuman”, featuring rising pop star, Eric Leva, via Monstercat.
“Superhuman” has a chill vibe, full of emotive progressions and synths as Eric Leva’s voice drifts over the future bass track. “Superhuman” ft Eric Leva has the potential to be one of 2017’s most popular tracks, with euphoric melodies that can float seamlessly from radios on roadtrips to the super soundsystems at the mainstage.
Slander’s hit tracks “Love Again” ft. WAVZ, and collaboration “After All” with Yookie were both part of this festival season’s unofficial soundtrack, and it’s no question that “Superhuman” ft Eric Leva will join these two tracks as a fan favorite.
Slander has created their own genre dubbed “Heaven Trap”, building their devout following since 2010. Although Slander might feel like an overnight success, Derek and Scott are both skilled producers and veteran DJs with years of experience between them. The duo has worked with industry leaders such as Skrillex, Flosstradamus, Diplo, Bassnectar, DJ Snake, Porter Robinson, RL Grime, Yellow Claw, Bro Safari, Snails, and Carnage. It’s no surprise that their Nuclear Bonds EP, released via Mad Decent, had such overwhelming success. Coming off of their Gud Vibrations tour with NGHTMRE has prepped the stage for the duo’s next line of releases. NeverSayDie and Spinnin will also see releases this year from Slander.
