Legendary up-and-coming trap DJ and producer Lookas has made his debut on the iconic Monstercat record label with “Eclipse.” He was named by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the Top 10 Acts to Watch This Year.
Lookas is a self-taught Miami upstart that debuted in the electronic music scene back in 2013 with his massive remix of DVBBS and Borgeous‘ “Tsunami.” The success of the astounding remix garnered him major attention across the globe within the dance music scene. He then remixed “Low Rider” by War. He was also approached by Flo Rida and Sage the Gemini for “GDFR.” The trap music heavyweight released “Apollo” back in July of 2015, which has since amassed an astounding two million plays on SoundCloud.
The versatile trap prodigy isn’t shy to the decks, either. He’s performed and left his mark at some of electronic music’s finest festivals, including Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, Tomorrowworld, Beyond Wonderland SoCal, Safe in Sound, and Bassrush. He doesn’t intend on slowing down there, though. In fact, he also has an upcoming remix for Dillon Francis and Skrillex‘s “Burn Up the Dance.”
