Joel Zimmerman, also known as deadmau5, has become one of the most well-known music producers in the industry with tracks like “Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff,” “Professional Griefers,” “Sofi Needs A Ladder” and “I Remember.” He’s had two albums reach No. 1 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Chart and received multiple JUNO awards, as well as nominees for the Grammys.

The producer recently went on his Lots Of Shows In A Row Pt. 2 tour, which included a stop at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. Not only did his performance feature his new Cube 2.1 production set-up, but some monumental moments as well. Zimmerman recently released a recap video, directed by Leah Sems, highlighting some of the special moments, and included a brand new track for his fans called “A Seed.”

The track can be heard in the last 50 seconds of the two-minute aftermovie, which is filled with lots of action, along with his classic electronic style and hip-hop cuts. “A Seed” gives off the sound of deadmau5’s next album, which is something we’ll have to wait for in spring 2018.
