In case you haven’t watched Stranger Things 2 in its entirety yet, it’s an incredible season that needs your attention. In my opinion, everything in the follow-up to the series’ highly popular debut season was perfect, from the characters, to the storyline, to the soundtrack. Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein of S U R V I V E, who also scored the show’s first season, provided a remarkable soundtrack that has been receiving its own attention – I’ll be surprised if they don’t receive another GRAMMY nomination.

To take things one step further, the vinyl editions (yes, plural) of the Stranger Things 2 soundtrack have been revealed, and they’re just as stunning as their predecessors. The first version, an “Upside Down Inter-dimensional Blue Vinyl” via Lakeshore, will be available for purchase on December 22nd in North America.

Then, on January 12th, three versions will be released for the rest of the world through Invada Records. There will be a standard 180 gram black vinyl, a “Crystal Clear Vinyl” (with blue and white splatter), and a “Purple Crystal Vinyl” (with white splatter), which is a mail-order exclusive. They will all come equipped with brilliant cover artwork by Kyle Lambert, as well as a gatefold design with a piece called “Hopper in the Pumpkin Patch.” And who doesn’t love Hopper? Check out both versions of the vinyl below and get ready to get your hands on them soon!
