DJ Gina Turner seems to be bringing in the new year on a rocky start. While boarding on this year’s Holy Ship! 10.0, she was booked on one count of possession of cocaine and two counts of possession of undisclosed controlled substances without a prescription, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in Florida.
Since these charges, Turner has spoken out. She claims these are invalid. Turner took to Twitter that the controlled substance was indeed marijuana. But, she has a medical card. She then goes on to claim that the other charge is completely false. This tweet has since been deleted.
She was happy to say that she will be back in time for Holy Ship! 11.0.
