Droptek and Vorso have put their bass minds together with their latest halftime release on Monstercat, “Smog.”

Glitchy pads, ruthless percussion, and timeless effects allow the listener to truly immerse themselves within the smog that Droptek and Vorso have put out. The drop unleashes relentless, grimey bass. It’s been awhile since Monstercat has uploaded a halftime release, so “Smog” is a welcomed track by many.

Lewis Munns is the bass head behind the Droptek moniker. His music career took a leap forward with his tracks “Bang” and “Explode,” which immediately caught Monstercat’s attention. At only 23 years old, he’s already dabbled in just about every bass genre there is, including electro, dubstep, and glitch-hop. Furthermore, he’s provided official remixes for artists like Pegboard Nerds and Krewella. Munns continues to carve out a bass music success path for himself, and it’s inevitable that his tunes are going to continue climbing the charts.
