Rounding up a trio of free downloads and a single from earlier this year, DMVU tops it all off with a brand new EP on Circus Records, Moon Man.

The seven-track EP blasts off with “MFW,” a dripping showcase of psychedelic sound design, staggering levels of bass and rude vocal samples. “The Night” maneuvers into even heavier territory, with an otherworldly analog sensation and an exceedingly disastrous drop. Previously released singles “This Ones for the Soundboiz,” “Fifty Pounds of Purp,” “It’s a Cult Not a Team” and “Goliath” fit right at home on the complete collection. New single “Everybody Say” rounds out the EP on a high note with contorted low-end and mindblowing resampling.

With tour dates up and down the United States in support of names like Truth, Yheti and EH!DE as well his own series of headline slots, the Colorado ‘king of wonk’ is shaping himself to blow minds at this year’s Future Forest, Organic and 515 Alive music festivals. With major names like Excision, Downlink and Figure throwing him props for the EP’s previously released singles, the wrath of DMVU is quickly beginning to infiltrate the masses.
