Musician Two Feet wrote a letter to his fans concerning his suicide attempt last week. Two Feet, whose real name is Zachary William Dess, tweeted what appeared to be a suicide note last Monday.

On Thursday, Dess was released from the hospital. “Today I was released from the hospital. I will continue seeking therapy as I readjust to my everyday life.” Dess continues, “Over a week ago, while heavily drugged, I did something that nearly cost me my life.”

Two Feet’s suicide attempt shows us yet again that no one is immune to depression or mental illness. We wish Two Feet the best of luck through this dark time.
