Wooli just dropped a monumental EP with Never Say Die, and his collaboration with Kompany is one of the most notable tracks of the collection.

The buzzing producer has been gaining notoriety in the dubstep scene for years, having performed at festivals like Lost Lands, Bass Canyon, Ever After Festival and more. His brand new EP on SKisM’s Never Say Die Records features four hard-hitting productions including original single “Throw It Up,” “Elephant March” with Mastadon and an unexpectedly emotive single “Need U” ft. Josh Marment.

Our top pick from the release, “Thicc Boi” with Kompany, showcases the two musicians’ styles in one harmonious, heavy and energetic release. The track opens with a frantic buildup and meme-friendly vocal samples before a monstrous explosion of saw synths and dubstep growls comes in full force. With drums that would destroy any headbanger’s ability to stand still, it’s clear that Wooli and Kompany took no shortcuts when it came to making this one of the most fierce collaborations of the year.
